Dr. Rishika Shrivastava is the Founder of both Samadhan Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre and Recuperate Home Care. With over 17 years of clinical experience, she has built patient-centric, evidence-based physiotherapy practices in Pune and extended the same standard of care through home physiotherapy services.
She leads one of Pune’s advanced physiotherapy centres in Kharadi and brings that expertise into patients’ homes through Recuperate. Her work spans orthopaedic rehabilitation, sports injury physiotherapy, and pelvic floor health.
She is the creator of the “Rediscover Yourself” program supporting individuals dealing with urine and stool leakage concerns. An alumna of Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a Psychology (Hons) graduate from Ranchi University, she integrates medical expertise with
deep psychological insight.
Dr. Rishika has trained 150+ physiotherapists, conducted 85+ awareness sessions, and continues to contribute actively to community health and physiotherapy education.
